Description Adapted services to the needs of the hearing impaired who use a telecommunications device for the deaf, a teleprinter or other types of specialized devices to place or receive calls 
 
ATS relay service 
Operator assists with making calls to, or receiving calls from, persons using a Deaf Telecommunications Device (TTY) or teleprinter * he can help establish PSI calls, talk without intervention and ESI , hear without intervention 
* PSI mode, allows a deaf person, but able to speak, to speak directly to his interlocutor 
* ESI mode, allows a hard-speaking person to hear his interlocutor 
 
IP relay service 
* chat with specialized operators, who then facilitate conversations 
* information and registration
