211 annually checks the accessibility to the services of each agency in its database.

211 also has all the organizations that are members of Altergo in its database..

The 211 website has been designed to be as user friendly as possible and accessible to people with visual impairments based on the accessibility criteria established by the W3C (w3.org/standards/webdesign/accessibility).
