Description | CAAP - Chaudière-Appalaches is a regional community organization * It holds a mandate from the Minister of Health and Social Services to assist you in lodging a complaint regarding a public health care or social services facility or any other agency, corporation, or person with an agreement to deliver such services * This also applies to any recourse provided by law * Provide you with the pertinent informaion and refer you to he proper resource according to your needs * Inform you of your rights and the complaints process * Help you define the subject of the complaint * Assist you in identifying and organizing the proper documents * Create a file and if necessary draft the complaint * Accompagny you to meetings with relevant autorities Our services are free and confidential * Remember that we will not process your complaint but we will help you take the necessary steps to ensure your rights are respected |
